John Ross is an experienced gun enthusiast, a disabled veteran, and a college-educated leader who strives to bring new and innovative ideas to the team. he handles day-to-day operations and is the lead trainer. with experience shooting competitions with rifles and pistols.

Matthew Sullivan brings his experience in running businesses, networking, customer service expertise and eagerness to learn to the team. he runs the day-to-day finance and interactions with customers and other businesses. he is also the main gun smith.
